Counselling offers a safe confidential space to talk through any issues or difficulties you may be facing.
Counselling is a two way process, where client and therapist build a positive working relationship to allow you to explore and discuss things that may be very difficult and emotional for you.
As a counsellor I follow guidelines of confidentiality and conduct specified by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and we work to a contract which we agree together at our first meeting.
